Returns & Refunds Policy
1. WHAT can be returned?
Customers may return any faulty or damaged items, or any items that do not fit the description as advertised on this website.
2. WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of goods and following contact with Equilibrium about the reasons for return.
3. WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All returns are sent to:

4. HOW do customers return items?
Items are required to be returned in the same state as they are received by the customer and must be packaged and protected approptiately to ensure such return. Any damage caused by insufficient packing may void or lessen any credit due, or jeopardise full replacement.
5. SHIPPING for returns?
The customer will not pay for any shipping to return goods where circumstances fall into (1) above.
6. CREDIT or REPLACEMENT for returns?
Goods will be deemed for replacement if they are received by the customer in a damaged or faulty state. Such replacement will be dispatched within 7 days of the receipt of the return.
Goods will be deemed for credit if they do not fit the description as advertised on this website. Such credit will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the return and via the method the payment was made, or any other method mutually agreed upon.
