* Orders are generally shipped out the within 2 working days from when payment is received.
* Dispatch notices are emailed to you on the day your order is sent off.

Australia:
Within Australia orders can be shipped Surface or Express Post. Choose your option at checkout. Orders are shipped from Equilibrium in country Victoria. If you have any queries or special requests regarding shipping orders to you please email us or click & complete the 'add delivery instructions' at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Standard Surface: 3-10 working days from dispatch depending on where you live in Australia
Express: 2-3 working days from dispatch
Delivery Costs (These calculations will also show in your shopping cart at checkout):
Surface Rate (if chosen): $8 for the first item in your cart and $1 per item thereafter up to a maximum of $16
Express Rate (if chosen): $13 for the first item in your cart and $2 per item thereafter up to a maximum of $27
International:
Equilibrium Kinesiology Supplies has been shipping to all parts of the world for over 35 years. Many customers tap into our products because they are exclusive to Equilibrium or difficult to get elsewhere, or just because of our wide range.
International orders can be made on line and the shipping rates are given when you view your shopping cart (go to 'view cart' & put your own country in the 'shipping calculator' - default is Australia). However if you would like us to quote you for a potential order to your country, or have any special needs about about your delivery etc, please feel free to email us.
Delivery Times: Standard Air Mail: Usually 1- 3 weeks from dispatch depending on where you live in the world. On the odd occasion a shipment may take 3-5 weeks.
