We take great care to ensure all products are accurately described and safely packed before dispatch.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review the information below on how we handle returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

1. What can be returned?

You may return any item that:

  • Arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, or

  • Does not match the description provided on our website.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

 

2. When do items need to be returned by?

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

4. How to return items

Returned goods must be:

  • In the same condition as received, and

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using tracked postage. Items damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.

 

5. Return shipping costs

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Equilibrium will cover the cost of return shipping.

If a return is approved for any other reason (e.g. incorrect item ordered), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Credit or replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Replacements for faulty or damaged items will be dispatched within 7 business days, or

  • Refunds or credits (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 7 business days.
